User Content & Data
All data you create within the app remains on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your data.
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app.
- Using the app for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILL JOY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Changes to the App
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
